  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value, as communicated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number.

6. Payment & Shipping Confirmation

  • We accept secure online payments via Payment Gateway (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets).

  • Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Delays & Non-Delivery

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occur.

  • In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, the package may be returned to us. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it, with package unboxing video + photos of the package and product.

  • If the package is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
