At DHRUVANI VENTURES LLP, we strive to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully:
🚫 Returns/Refund only with Unboxing Video (beginning from unsealing courier cover without any cuts/edits and showing damaged part clearly) within 24hrs of delivery
We do not accept returns unless the product is received in a damaged condition. Damage must be reported within 24hrs of delivery.
Returns/Replacement/Refund for damaged items are accepted only with the below process:
🔄 Replacements for Damaged Items Only

If your product arrives damaged or any manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same item if the product is in stock. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof for any replacement claims. Unboxing video must include:

The Courier package in unopened condition from all sides. The video must include breaking of courier pack (address cover) as well

The unsealing/unboxing process must be shown fully and clearly.

The damaged or defective item clearly visible.

Claims without valid unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

Products are not returnable for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design/size/colour, or general wear and tear.
- Damage/defective products replacement will be delivered within 4-10 working days.

Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.

📦 How to Return a Damaged Item

If eligible for replacement, you are required to ship the damaged item back to us if the Delivery partner does not provide with return option. If delivery partner supports return option, we will initiate return from our end with your consent.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, certificates, and tags included.Â
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm approval/rejection of your claim. Refund/replacement will be initiated after this.
