All of the products are made with base of either alloy/brass/copper/ iron coated with matte/imitation golden color. None of the jewelry sold on the website are one gram gold or real silver or real gold jewelry.

The customer is the sole responsible to providing correct contact number and address while placing the order. Dhruvani doesn't hold responsibility for the same.
The complete delivery cycle takes 4 to 7 working days, If there is any delay on the courier side, it will not count in the delivery timeline. (Orders within India and Please do provide a valid postal or zip code number) and we don't have Express Shipping option.
If a package is returned to us due to the customer being unavailable at the time of delivery or unreachable on the provided phone number, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges. Once the package is returned, we will arrange for reshipment. Please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.
Replacements or exchanges are eligible only in cases of damage and must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. An unboxing video is mandatory for verification. For replacement, the item must be couriered back to the address we provide, and we will dispatch the replacement once your parcel is received. Please note that stones coming loose will not be considered as damage, as they can be easily reattached.
